Well I am coming up to my confirmation in August and have been working on powerpoint all day. I really think my computer has a grudge against me as it keeps freezing! I think there might be a link between eating chocolate and public presentations as time escapes!

I would be interested to talk to anyone who has an interest in anything navy. Although my research is the development of the Australian navy I have a wide interest in navies in general especially the period of 'Pax Britannica'

I am in the middle of the stage of thesis writing. This period is one of the difficult periods for me because I have to focus on organising and presenting my ideas in the best way in order to impress the examiners. Wish me the best guys..... :)

Can time be used as a variable to determine leadership style? Time is critical as noted by administrative tasks that are recommended to improve instruction, such as classroom walk throughs, teacher-principal conferences, professional learning communities, etc. So what connection exists between time and leadership style? What relationship exists between time, leadership style, and student proficiency?
